Allen received his bachelor’s in political science from the University of California, San Diego. During his undergraduate years, he received his Emergency Medical Technician-Basic certification and was a nationally registered EMT-B from 2006 through 2009.

After completing his bachelor’s degree in 2010, Allen then moved to Louisiana to attend law school at Louisiana State University (LSU). It was there that he met his future wife. After passing the Louisiana bar exam, Allen practiced at a small personal injury firm that focused primarily on personal injury, medical malpractice, and toxic torts. He then moved to Florida and began practicing at a large personal injury firm in Tampa. He handled a significant number of cases in all aspects of litigation, including trial.

A trial attorney at heart, Allen joined the team at Barnes Trial Group to focus on providing exceptional service to clients and to hold insurance companies accountable. Throughout his entire legal career, he has worked tirelessly on behalf of injured victims in the fight against insurance companies. He understands just how life changing every injury is to his clients and works to help them navigate the process every step of the way.

He is currently able to practice law in both Louisiana and Florida. He resides in Tampa with his wife. He is an avid sports fan and loves rooting for his LSU Tigers.
